Saving the ducks from the city kids

When we went swimming at the beach in Whitefish there was a family of ducks that were swimming around. The city kids were trying to catch them with a net so I put on my mask and chased the ducks away so the kids could not catch them.

Science experiment

Home schooling is fun when you have a neat daddy like mine who does all sorts of neat projects.

Alpine playhouse my daddy built for me.

If you are nice I will invite you over for tea.

Participating in the NW Montana State Fair

I won 15 first places, a Grand Championship and a Best of Show as well as the largest zucchini at the fair for my veggies and my flower arrangements in August of 09.

Showing my pony at the county fair.

I rode my pony in the NW Montana Fair and got a third place in showmanship and a 5th place in leadline ( but I can ride by myself). My pony's name is Pauper but I like to spell it Popper.

Bjorn the Great Pyranees puppy

I got a puppy in May, his name is Bjorn and he is going to be big when he grows up.

Learning to ski Big Mountain Montana

If you are on the slopes and see a little powder blue bullet speed past you, it might be me.

Me and my daddy at the top of chair 6, base lodge is below and the Flathead Valley, where we live, is behind us.

At first my dad had to have me in this harness so that I would not fall. Now I dont need it anymore and mom and dad have trouble keeping up with me. PS. I am much better than mama at skiing.

After skiing all day you have to have a brownie for a nice treat and to get energy. Yummy!!

Our chicky ladies

In the spring mommy got me some baby chicks. They grew up during the summer and started laying eggs at 6 months old. They have continued to lay them throughout the winter even though it has been -15 on some days. The white hen is Lemon since she was yellow as a baby. The red one if Ruby and the black one is Ringo.

The ice melted in the spring

Trying to catch up on photos over the last year. This photo was staged by Lynx for a photo project for her photography class at school. The title was "end of winter",
